Ordered two products a week apart, second one arrived no problem first one still hadn’t appeared two weeks later. In the end up was told three separate times by them it had been posted for none of this to be true, wouldn’t provide tracking info or email back had to get them on Facebook. Just seem to take money and hope you’ll forget about it. In the end got a refund after they blamed the delivery company not being able to deliver to my address even though this is no issue with them as Hermes delivered the parcel I did receive. Nightmare of a company and will never order from them again!

Where is my order????I ordered 2 products last week of February and haven't receive it yet. I contacted the customer service but seems like the customer service does not existed. This site is a bluff. Scam! If my product will not arrive next week, I will file a police complain about this site so no one will be victimized again. So scary that this kind of site existed.

I ordered over £100 of products on 28 December 2020 with next day delivery. They did not arrived so I contacted customer services who said there had been an issue with their warehouse and they would be dispatched within 48 hours. By January 12th 2021 they had still not arrived! I contacted customer services requesting a refund and they said that the order had been dispatched and would be with me the next day and if I wanted a refund I would have to send the products back and provide proof of postage. We are now in February and still no products or refund! As a previously loyal customer- very disappointed.

Still waiting for an order that should have been here last week, was told it was lost in transit but would be sent next day delivery still hasn’t arrived. Had email from Hermes as delivery had been booked in but they hadn’t received the item and would email when they had it, 3 days later still no confirmation that Hermes have received it. Very disappointed

Specifically selected next day delivery and now 7 days later still haven't recieved delivery or any email regarding dispatch.

Chased delivery of item purchased 10 days after order to be told they didn’t have any stock and my only option was a refund. Why sell something you don’t have? Happy enough to take the money but would likely still be waiting for the non existent product unless I had chased up. Customer service at its worse.

I have always used beauty flash, and have spent hundreds of pounds every year, I was disappointed to receive my 500ml Cleanser had got damaged and when I contacted customer service they say they would send another one, after 4/6 weeks I still never received anything, when I contacted them they said they had sent me an email, requesting to damaged 500mls bottle which I no longer had, cause I thought the matter was sorted, as a result of not having the bottle they sent me a 50 mls travel size, very disappointed ☹️ if my account was reviewed they would see I was a customer for nearly 6 years, and first time anything like this happen, so annoying!!

Excellent website, choice of products and fast delivery.

Always prompt and efficient service. Beauty flash do not charge for delivery which is a massive plus.Also always give free gifts of dermalogica which is all I order. Helps to choose new products as can test them well done Beauty Flash!
